We offer a fast and accurate scanning and indexing service
How it works
Step 1
Collection
We'll send a couple of members of our team (in one of our branded, tracked vehicles) to collect your boxes and documents. This is usually done in batches of around 150 boxes, but we can also collect everything in one go if you'd prefer.
The boxes are then returned to our secure premises where they are checked in and each box given a unique ID.
Step 2
Preparation
We take care removing paperclips, staples and bindings, and making sure we don't miss any smaller slips of paper or receipts which have found their way in between the documents.
Step 3
Scanning
All documents from small receipts up to A3* are then scanned. We scan to 200dpi text-searchable compressed PDFs. By default we scan to black and white, but we can scan colour when required.
* We can also scan much larger documents, such as plans and drawings, if required
Step 4
Indexing
All electronic documents will be indexed as per the files they're stored in. We can of course offer additional indexing options at your request.
Step 5
Store, shred or return
Once we've completed the job and you've confirmed you're happy with the results, we offer to store the documents for you, arrange for them to be shredded or we can return them to you.

Document sorting
Are some files for scanning and others for shredding or some originals need to be kept and returned to you? Just let us know what's needed and we'll carefully work through your files for you
Large format scanning
Do you have plans or drawings, or other large documents to scan? We can scan anything up to A0.
Flatbed scanning
If files cannot be unbound or require a high resolution image, we can use our range of flatbed or overhead scanners to handle these documents.
Photo scanning
Looking to digitise thousands of family photos? Please get in touch and we'll be happy to provide a quote. If there are occasional photos within your files there's no additional charge for colour.
